Order of Christian Initiation for Adults
The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (O.C.I.A.), formerly R.C.I.A., is a process designed for adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith and/or are thinking about becoming Catholic. We welcome new members year round; sacraments are received when individuals are fully prepared. All adults interested in becoming Catholic, or baptized Catholic adults wishing to complete their "initiation" Sacraments (First Confession/First Holy Communion and/or Confirmation) are especially welcome. Classes are taught by Rev. Fr. John Hedges on Sundays at 2:00pm at the St. Stephen Rectory. Classes run September through Easter.
